If you're looking for things to do in Cannes, and you only have one day, I hope this vlog gives you some fun ideas! On our recent Virgin Voyages cruise on the French Daze + Ibiza Nights itinerary, we stopped into Cannes during the Cannes Film Festival, which was so cool to get to experience this city during that time. We even got to go in and check it out, which as an actor....a total pinch me moment. While this isn't something anyone can do, and its likely that the festival won't be going on while you're in town, I hope you still find it interesting to check it out with me.
We also do a little exploring of the old town (le suquet) and eat some delish food at La Mome, a spot I highly recommend you get a reservation for before you come into town!
If you have ever been to Cannes, let me know what your favoring thing to do is in the comments below!

This video was so well organized. Thank you for the chapters with spelling. I've bookmarked all your stops and can't wait to hit them all!
Thank you Kimie! I’m glad you enjoyed it!
You did a great job with this video of Cannes. Very colorful and entertaining 😍
Thank you!!!! It was such an amazing place to visit especially during the festival ♥️
Thank you so much for all the tips!
I loved your outfits 😃
♥️♥️♥️ thank you scarleth!!!
My wife and I were in Cannes a day after the festival. We stayed at the Carlton for a week. This is one BEAUTIFUL city! We will surely be back.
Ahhh what an incredible hotel to stay at for a week! I wish I could’ve stayed longer and just had some more time to relax on the beaches and wander around town!
The Cannes Film Festival is so extravaganza and beautiful, Jessica!❤️❤️
It was a really fun time!
Love all the music you´ve used in your video.
Thanks!!!
Love this video. Thank you 🎉❤ Regarding the ”a” it is Cannes as in asphalt not as in Djinghis Khan
I realized that later 😂🤦🏻♀️ my brain always defaults to the wrong way of pronouncing things 🤷🏻♀️
Yeah! Nate got in man.
Where there’s a will, there’s a way!!!
I hope she got Nate in !!
Great vlog 🎉 Greetings from Cannes
Merci!! ☺️
I want to go!!! Your French is amazing!!!
♥️♥️ thank you!!! I always mean to brush up/ practice before I go but it doesn’t always happen 😅
Omg love your videos! Sooooo informative and happy to see everything you’re able to do off shore! In Cannes, are you able to go to St Tropez? That’s the only thing that I would love to do that’s not on this itinerary!
Thank you!!! We did not go to st tropez. I may have wanted to go there or to èze, but since we were there during the film festival and we had the opportunity to go, we did that instead
When it rains in Cannes, it REALLY rains.
What time did you arrive in Cannes and when did you guys leave? Thank you!
We got there in the morning (early) and left the next day around 2pm
I have never been to Cannes, but have visited several European cities and for some reason I was expecting much more.
There is not a TON to see here, but it is a really beautiful town and great for relaxing by the sea!
Cannes itself is quite small. You can do it in a day or two. The region, however, is stunning. You have Monaco, St Tropez and Nice. Plus the mountains.
What a fashionable place.
It really was!
21 movies represented not including the cranes with camera crew. A Trip to the Moon and 2001 Space Odyssey are the non people ones
I still prefer NICE and Maseille
I agree, both those places have a bit more to do and see!
What was the cost of the day pass?
It was about €64 I think
@@MissMooreStyle thank you!
I want to go!!! Your French is amazing!!!
