Dear Sir, Dispute raise karne par cibil sirf contact bank for any changes update karta hain aur kuch nahin karte . Aap ko hi bank ko contact karna padega aur koi bhi financial institution cooperate nahin karte aap ko bar bar chakar lagane padte nahin apni begunahi sabit karne keliye. 30 days nazdeek aane par cibil dispute close kar deta Hain aur apke pochne par Naya dispute raise karne ko kehta hai, aur aap ko wohi process repeat karna padega, cibil koi responsibility ya concern nahin rakhta consumers ke taklif se.

Sir, Cibil is only mediator; if Bank denies without verifying the loan details, CIBIL don't do anything
even if you upload Loan closure letter on CIBIL website; bank can deny the dispute

Is video ke anusaar aap dispute raise karein. Ek mahine mein agar aapki CIBIL sahi nahi hoti hai to aap PNB ko CIBIL ke screen shot ke saath customer care pe complaint karein. Uske baad bhi yadi aapko kisi prakar ki rahat nahi mile then aapko banking ombudsman mein complaint karna hai.
And koi issue aaye to aap humein msg kar sakte hain.
