That girl must be 3 years old, talks a lot and parrots words she hears😊❤

Those bitter leaves contain something mildly special. The leaves are called 'kra-tom' with a medium high to low tone.
The thing in them is like a strong coffee. It can also make you slightly high but not much.
It make you feel refreshed. Farm workers and country people use it mostly.
It is illegal but so is prostitution.
I expect these guys will be taking some home? Perhaps your family like it?
When I do it with my friend at his mums road side shop, it makes me feel a bit shakey and dizzyish. I prefer coffee but when I've got time to stay and chill I do like it.

I think it’s a real shame you had to cut down an awesome tree to accommodate a gate. Makes me very sad. 😢

It had more to do with the location of the tree. It was on the property line and would affect the fence alignment. Being from Canada I never appreciated trees as much as I do in Thailand…I even talked to my wife about losing shade from the tree.🥵

She’s so funny and always steals the show, I didn’t like the look of the guy up the tree with his legs spilt across the branches …maybe he’d been chewing the leaves first as mentioned in the comment above..great gate btw

She’s is funny… The problem was they two guys building the gates had to cut the tree for free. We wanted the tree cut before the gate, so it would not damage it when it came down. I have never seen Kratom leaves but I do understand it is legal to eat them in Thailand 🇹🇭
