My cats were fascinated by this! I found this yesterday and I watched one of my cats watching this video, while I was behind the propped up iPad to see her reaction. Her pupils kept dilating and then back into the small slits instantly whenever a bird fluttered off, like they do just before pouncing. It was actually sort of creepy watching her eyes doing that...hahaha... Her much more intelligent brother watched this video about 6 times yesterday. His pupils stayed the same, but he kept going and looking behind the iPad to see where the birds went...there were some smears on the iPad screen after I turned it off, and I didn't know how they got there until I realized it was saliva. He must have tried to "catch" one of them with his mouth.😹 What an awesome video, thank you for posting it! 💕
Played this for one of our cats on his last night on earth. He was unwell and restless. I remembered some time back seeing him react to a Nat Geo video. So I looked up "videos for cats to watch" and found this. He was enthralled!! He perked up! Eyes wide, head bobbing and he even scooted onto his belly for a moment. Thank you for giving him that one last time :'(

My cat, Oscar, Is 18 and reaching the end of his life when he saw this he was always looking around the screen to see where the birds had gone... you really gave him joy Thank you
I am watching this with my 13 year old Maine Coon cat named Loki on my 17 inch laptop. He has advanced Large Cell GI Lymphoma and has 2ish weeks left to live. This is his favorite video to watch before he fell ill. When the squirrel comes on and does sudden movements, I can feel him reacting the same. When the birds fly off screen, he tries to follow them and gets confused where they went.
My cat Finch and I will sit and watch these together. She watches so intently and will gently reach out and paw the screen occasionally...its so precious. She looks around the phone like "where'd they go?!"
In September when my cat was recovering from exploratory surgery and I was giving daily medications via his e-tube, I would put him on the bed and while I administered the medications, I turned on this video for him to watch. It pretty much kept him occupied while I did the things I needed to do. Thankful for this video.❤
I showed this to our new 8 week cat. She loved it! This actually made her more used to me. After all that playing she fell asleep. Recommending this video to all of my friends that have cats!
This video is a huge hit with my eight year old cat. Of all the cat videos I've played for her, this one holds her interest the best. I guess it's the particular species of birds in this video she likes. I crack up watching her pawing at the monitor and looking behind the monitor to see where the birds and squirrels run off to. Downloaded and play it on a repeating loop. My laptop is now officially designated for this purpose by my cat. Thank you!
Thank you for making my cat go crazy for 15 minutes straight. He kept batting at the screen until it was over. He kept going and looking behind the laptop to see where the birds went. I think Mr.Bubbles enjoyed this video and will love to watch it a million more times.🐱
I have an old indoor cat. We take him to the countryside every summer where he gets to roam around on a leash, and birdwatch for hours. Since we don’t go there in the winter, I’ve started playing these videos on a tablet in front of his bed, and I love seeing him fall asleep to the birds singing 💕
@@dee2519 Hi! I have had many cats in the past 60 years, the only difference with my current two, 22 year-olds lady cats is that I stopped letting them venture outside about 7 years ago. No more stress from other cats or animals=much better health. The quiet lifestyle and the extra attention during Covid has really been good for them also! :D
My cat now thinks that my laptop means he gets to watch birds, and whenever I'm sitting down with it he will come and watch the screen, just waiting for the birds

My kitty loved this, watched about 10 minuets of it. About 7 minutes in he tried to enter the screen but I had to pull him off the keyboard because he's a hefty chonk. Thanks for entertaining my cat~
My cat Liv could watch it for hours, Liv was being a playful so I decided to look up videos for cats I found this video just today in Liv keep kept tapping on the screen to catch the birds, my cat would look behind the screen or after the side to see where the birds went, thank you whoever made this video you made my day
When I found this, my twin Manx/American Shorthaired cats, Ace and Cleo, started to meow. They stared at the bird questioning if they were real. Then they hit the plain air thinking a bird was there. They are only 2 months old now, but they still loved it!!
I put this on in my bedroom to distract my cats when I have company over. Also, had two of your videos on two different screens, each at one end of the house. My old boy, Snuggles, stood in the hallway and kept cocking his ears in both directions, not sure which sound to follow. These videos are such great enrichment for my indoor city cats.
My strictly indoor kitty, has a new addiction to replace sitting in the window sills watching birdies. She got so frustrated tho - kept looking to left as the birdies flew off. This is a great video! Thanks
These videos were a source of comfort to my cat as he was in pain. nobody knows what was wrong with him, and all of the vet's tests came back negative. Thank you for helping my baby feel happier before he had to be put down. :)

I Pretended to catch a bird in my hand as bird as it flew off the screen and the cat abruptly moewed, seen my empty hand and now is off in a grump wanting my phone but on the ground and away from me 😂
