In a secret to make your berries last a long time… When you get home, wash them in a vinegar water solution, and allow them to completely air dry on the counter, and then put them inside a mason jar… You can put the lid on and put them in the fridge and your berries will stay for a long time
Another option that was really fun for my kids when they were little ones to get a shopping cart that they can push around the store.

I don't go all out for the 4th but I made a seafood boil for me and my crew & imma take them to the fireworks show tonight and that's it❤️
T, please don't get mad at me but maybe some of the things too that add to the anxiety is foods with lots of simple sugars, artificial food coloring, preservatives etc these things will get the nerves jittery.
Many years ago when I stopped putting those things in my body I could feel the difference. I never went back! Lol lol
They’re ok in moderation but she should most definitely avoid caffeine though because when your body is going through stress caffeine will add onto it because it increases adrenaline & cortisol levels which can make you more anxious and jittery than you already are.
I think that's great advice. There are so many chemicals, dyes, and GMO's these days, that it makes it difficult. I think sugar is probably one of, if not the most, inflammatory things we can out in our bodies.

I never ate pasta salad without shrimp or some kind of seafood in it, but it looks good. I also do my burgers in the oven is so much better bc it really cooks the grease out more and I don’t have grease popped all over the stove and it only take la 20 -25 mins on 450
