How would the HomeKit know the Aircond is on or off?
I can just on the ac with my phone without the phone pointing to the ac right? And i can also on the ac when I am outside right? Does this support Mitsubishi brand AC?

Yes!

Unfortunately you can't control them via homekit. Many people say you can create a Siri Shortcut but this hub don't expose those remote controls to homekit.
