Everyone loves this CHOCOLATE ZUCCHINI LOAF; the ingredients are easy to find, it doesn’t take a lot of time to assemble and it is really flavourful.

Follow-up. I’m so glad I chose this recipe! It is DELICIOUS! It was moist as you said, but I found it softer and a little “fluffier” than I expected, (as in not as dense as I expected). It was so good I made some for some other people I know and brought it over. What a nice surprise!

Hi friend! Yes, you can leave the salt out and can make it with oil only. It may cause the cake to be more crumbly... but the flavour will be excellent. Thanks for watching!
What substitute can i use to replace the coconut oil? I cant wait to try this 💗
Hey, Salty... try it with either vegetable, sunflower or canola oil. Hope you enjoy!

Is kosher salt less salty than regular salt?
Hi Allison! Thanks for watching. Not that it's less salty but, because of the space between the grains of kosher salt, a spoonful of regular salt will have about twice the salting power of kosher salt.

15 minutes? Not even close. Mine has been in 22 and is still uncooked. Should have squeezed out the zucchini.

@@Weekendatthecottage happy to help. I have made zucchini bread before and it’s always been 40-50 minutes. Mine was in 45 minutes. Thanks for the recipe though. It was delicious and will definitely become my go to zucchini bread recipe. I made mine with Hersey’s special dark cocoa, and it’s awesome. I’ll definitely make it again.
