@@SamuelSalo cross checked it-everything is as per your instruction. But no luck. Btw, I'm experiencing the female sliced body issue which means the Paks are working fine (and i am using cracked Tekken)

What's the issue? Costume mods don't appear as new costumes im game, but replace another one. So you need to see from the mod page what it replaces, and equip that instead in game.

What looks different in what way? If its a rar/zip file first unpack it, then put the .pak files you got into the ~mods folder you created

Yes, it's safe. You can remove the mod completely, just by deleting it.
