I am so excited about this project! My friend asked me if I could build her a bookcase, that looked like a dollhouse, for her friends new baby. She wanted her to have a book shelf for nursery books but something that the new baby could grow and play with. I've never built a doll house but I have built some bookcases in my day. This sounded like a fun challenge, so I got busy designing. I was able to build this 5' dollhouse bookcase with only five 1x12 boards and a few basic tools.

one thing that would up your assembly with screws would be to use an impact driver you don't have to use as much force to stay in the head of the screw like you do with the drill. love your content.

Hello Ladies, my Wife and I are long-time fans and users of your plans and just want to start off with a Thank you! 👏🏻 I’m having a hard time viewing the measurements for the placement of the windows and doors on the side. It seems like the cut list on your website might be a low resolution image 😔 Is there a way to get that some other way, my niece and I would greatly appreciate it 😌
