Great post. I have a 2008 Peugot Partner with similar brakes, however am having problems with getting new shims and bolts with pads, they just don't seem to supply them free like they did years ago.

Nice one Danny, I’ve got a mk1 1.9d Berlingo, it’s been superb but the rot on cills has finished it sadly. Taking engine out and scraping it tomorrow.
Been looking for a 05/06 but needs to be simple to work on, what engine would you recommend?
Honestly mate I've done over 100,000 miles on my 1.6hdi and I honestly can't fault it Paul. It's not the quickest but over 500 miles to a tank is what matter 👍
