Can you do this with uncured base coat as an alternative to blooming gel? I’ve heard it works the same but thought I’d ask since I don’t own blooming gel💗
I wish I could’ve watched it entirely to learn something but the music I can’t deal with it. It is beyond unprofessional to me and offensive not everybody’s into the same musical background so suggestion maybe pick something that’s universal a beat without words.
