Hi I have a question When I enter the command it says access denied because you do not have sufficient privileges the disk may be locked by another process calls the utility running in con mode Elevated privileges and make sure the disk is unlocked can anyone help me

I had 0 bytes on my system image disk after backup. I already knew about the cmd chkdsk/f and it said it was in good working order. But when I did the /r command today it actualy worked and I could see all the info as far as the mb's usage. Big Thanx! P.S It was great to see it in action on the black screen during startup.

the problem isnt cleaning up space. when i clean up space i see text saying 165 mb free of 230GB and after a minute it says 0 bytes free of 230 GB when i havent even done anything help me.
