The Incredibles is different from the other Pixar films. 1. It has 2 different commentaries: one from Brad Bird and John Walker and another one of the animators. 2. The scenes play instead of being paused. The DVD that came with the Blu-ray had the scenes paused.
I was at a Barnes & Noble yesterday, and I'm happy to confirm that this 2-disc edition is still in print!
DVD menus bring back the memories and make me feel old.

I can imagine it was quite the sensory overload. I remember seeing the main menu playing and being a little intimidated by it because of the flashing colours.

This is probably the best movie menu I've seen so far. The amount of content, animation, and especially the amount of care they put for DvDs menus is insane. Unfortunately, movie menus these days are super bland and most of them would have the same layout. I understand since streaming services are so popular as of the past decade and DVDs are just almost nonexistent now but I would love for them to bring back something like this again, it seems surprising that DVDs are still a thing to this day.

wow, thx for uploading this.. i had that dvd and the movie some years after release but lost it somehow.. i remember how i didnt understand what "behind the scenes" (im foreign) and i was confused why this was not found in the main movie 😂
Oh in this movie I like the THX logo for the pitch that when in rain and it breaks up in to pieces with the Lucas flim is proud support of the pixar family

Inspired by Helen Parr/Elastigirl's golden age self and original costume from the glory days and the generic 60's era city of Metropolis from "Disney & Pixar's The Incredibles", its franchise and its sequel "Disney & Pixar's Incredibles 2", I've decided to create a 2024 American computer animated superhero adventure comedy tv show called "Disney's The Incredible Adventures of Elastic Girl". A spinoff of the Disney & Pixar's the Incredibles franchise, its plot tells a story about a titular kindhearted, gentle, sweet, friendly, wisecracking, a bit bubbly, fun-loving, cheerful, fast-talking and polite American young lady with a stretchable, slender, pear-shaped body, fair skin, pink lips, long red hair in a flip and a slim athletic figure with a narrow waist and the exception of rather wide hips named Henrietta Highwater/Elastic Girl who dons a light grey legless leotard with a black and white "E"/"G" insignia on the chest with a scarlet headband, domino mask, and belt, and long scarlet gloves, and thigh-high scarlet boots, and lives in the generic 60's era city of Metropolis where she represents herself as a plucky elastic superheroine, dons dark tights, happens to be Helen Parr/Elastigirl's older twin sister who lives in a quaint little house along the road and has an ability to stretch her body with elasticity hence her name much like younger twin sister Helen Parr/Elastigirl who live in an automatic device-powered house on the cliff in a forest with the rest of the Parr Family and enjoys both doing her day's work as a single person and a superheroine and visiting places along with her friends.

Probably because they couldn't use the actual logo, it wouldn't fit in. So they had to adjust it to fit the art style.
