- Butte County Sheriff's Deputy Aaron Parmley turned on his body-worn camera to capture what he though would be the last moments of his life. Four nurses needed help evacuating a hospital as the Camp Fire raged in Paradise, Calif.
He fought to what he thought was going to be the bitter end. Not once thinking about his own safety, only focusing on saving and preserving the life of others. In the face of utter defeat he pushed forward. God speed deputy Parmley.
I bet that Dozer musta looked like an angel coming to save them. A BIG 👍 to Joe Kennedy the Dozer Operator
I lived this nightmare and lost everything in the campfire my heart is broken but I love Paradise
Did you end up staying in the area? I moved our family to Arkansas. Miss Paradise so much.
insane video ,that cop deserves a medal and the dozer driver too
I can't imagine how terrifying that must have been.
Is everyone okay? Did Jess get rescued? My heart goes out to the people of Paradise. They still need and will be needing our help.
The NFL is helping them rebuild.
I know it's been 4 years but yes she did by a dozer operator that came to clear the path of abandoned cars on the road way so the firetruck could get through. Watch the Frontline documentary Fire in Paradise she tells her story in detail.
@@kerribestwick thanks
I love you Sheriff Honea❤thank you so very much. I have never had a man save my life and those around me more than you have. I got your 6 for life❤
And Cal Fire, Magalia Station 33 and Paradise Fire Station 82,, and all the surrounding counties fire fighters, Police, Sheriff Departments and Troopers!
End of the world. I remember my grandparents driving through Cahome Pass when they had fires on the hills. Scary!
So terrifying. I guess my only comfort in a situation like that is knowing that I'm not alone out there.
Sadly, Sometimes that isn’t the case..
Thank you Officer! Amazing. Simply amazing
1:26 looks like the hell itself
Crazy video. I hope you are all well.
Walking through Hell.
Pretty sure they would have died had that vehicle not been there.
God Bless everyone in that fire.
Is this the rescue situation that the Feather River nurse named Nicole spoke about in the documentary?
Absolutely terrifying. I fled that fire.
But stupid tik tok videos get millions of views. This is what people should be seeing.
living in wild fire country, towns get burn down should be expected, just a matter of time
@NorCal OntheRight he may be blunt, but that is the truth.
I feel like that large open area in the beginning would have been a better place to stay?
Are you kidding ? Where's the rest of the story !!!!!!
God bless you man. God bless you.
Can someone explain to me as to why they didn't hop into one of those police cars?
So the dozer pushed the car?
Not meaning for to be fun in no kind of way.....but i dont thank any of these people well go to hell cause they where all ready there ....there are a few video's i have seen none of those people well be going eather..... great video 👍👍👍👍
Hell on Earth.
Joe fricking Kennedy!!
All that toxic smoke and they survived with only those little masks. Get out of here.
Vegetation fire smoke isn’t toxic. The temperature of the gases is the problem, they can burn your lungs.
Did he really think his BodyCam would survive after his body was burned to ashes?I think not.
Nicole Expose wouldn’t his data been saved to cloud for later viewing?
That’s not how any of this works…
