Merga, isn't really a villain, she's just a lost water dragon, who just wants to be with them, underwear for takes to bring them back and personally, I don't blame her, I mean that's how I feel about toriyama's death, he was a legend, but how are vegetarian was a bit unnecessary, I mean I understand that you want to have revenge for the water dragons, but the past is in the past.
