Okay, Leslie Jones's line was funny as we, "My uncle owns a funurel home not an Enterprise Rent-a-car."

i laughed majorly in this !!!!!!!!!!!!!!! This is one scene and others in the film are equally funny!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Some jokes stunk but much of the comedy worked as the film!
I cracked up every time I watch this scene. Especially when they start to remove Erin from the restaurant and she clings desperately onto the table. And nearly takes it with her.
If I was a skeptical mayor of a major metropolitan area facing a possible calamity, this is the line that would get through to me and get me firmly on her side.
There has some movie mayors with a history of bad ideas. The Mayor from Jaws Mayor Phiegmming from Osmosis Jones. Wade from eight legged freaks A mayor from Pokemon the orange island adventures. A few mayors of Gotham city from the batman movies and cartoons.

Jack D The Mayor from Jaws refused to listen to the warnings about the Shark and continued with his plans on the beach, like how he's ignoring her pleas about Rowan using the city's power to call forth the Ghosts.

They only way they can get people interested in this movie is to mention an actual good movie.
That's not a fair comparison. The mayor in Jaws actually TRIED to solve the problem before making the dumb decision to keep the beaches open.
