Taxpayers don't have to pay any money to get south east water company nationalised; the government/ regulator has to order the company to reimburse its users all the money they paid for maintenance, which wasn't spent on maintenance - the company can't do it goes bust, it has no assets (because it never owned them) and the government take over.

Well, we know why Starmer said that Biden was on top form because he’d rather work with Biden he is scared of Trump we definitely need trump in Biden needs to go and Starmer needs to follow him.
