Holy moly - i thought i knew a bit about Nattokinase - this has really opened my eyes - i can feel a 1-2 month experiment coming on 🤜🤛
I’d love to know the results!! I’m planning on starting to eat natto regularly too but haven’t seen it in any stores yet
💪💪
@@EviePharmacistmost Asian food marts have it in their freezer and sometimes the staff don’t know it is there.
@keskillia942 thanks! I recently just discovered this. The whole time I was searching in the fridge and on the shelves not realising it was in the freezer. Now I just have to work out how to eat it.. do you just microwave it?
@@EviePharmacistI mix the sachet of soy into it and eat it cold or sometimes add it to the main meal plate (I never heat it). You will enjoy it very much after while. My daughter likes to add yogurt to hers. My 12 year old grandson who refuses to eat Brussel sprouts and cauliflower loves to eat cold Nattos
Great video
Thanks for your support! 😀
Thanks for watching my video on this amazing supplement Nattokinase 😃
Evie,
What is a good brand I can purchase on the Internet? The link you provided is not operating. Thank you in advance.
@user-lk3vl7ny3g depends which country because not all companies ship everywhere! I’ll have to check the link thanks 🙂
Excellent info - thanks. Can you do a video on Serrapeptase?
Definitely will add that to my list of topics 👍
@@EviePharmacist thanks Evie for the quick response. Soo Happy I was referred to your channel. Excellent clear concise info. Love it. Looking forward to the video on SERRAPEPTASE
And Lumbrokinase

If the clot dissolves is that what causes a stroke or is a stroke if the whole clot detaches at once? Is there any findings that after take any dose that someone could have a stroke?
In this context we are talking about an ischaemic stroke which is when the supply to the brain get blocked, either by a blood clot directly in the blood vessels in the brain or one that occurs somewhere and detaches then travels to the brain. Nattokinase helps to prevent this kind of stroke by dissolving blood clots. There is however an increased risk of bleeding with all blood thinners including Nattokinase which could potentially cause a haemorrhagic stroke (stroke caused by bleeding in the brain).
There is only 1 case study where bleeding in the brain occurred in a patient taking both aspirin and Nattokinase (not recommended) and another where there was internal bleeding elsewhere. As with all supplements we always have to be careful especially when taking with other medications or if you have any medical conditions. Hope that helps 🙂
I'm a healthy 50 yr old male with a calcium score of 0 but heart disease and stroke runs in my family. I thought about doing 2000FU for a month then 4000FU for a month then 6000FU for a week than 8000 FU for a week than go back to a 2000FU daily dose for life? Would this possible help in case I do have a clot and not know it, then go back to the 2000FU as an preventative? Thanks.
Sounds like a decent plan of attack!
Nice coincidence, I just ate some for lunch mixed with kimchi here in Japan. Only 30yen (0.3AUD) per serve
Sounds healthy and delicious!! 🤤 and so cheap too 😃
Has anyone here has seen the research that nattokinase can destroy the vitreous part of the eyes and can cause eye floaterss?
😱
Stupid algorithm hasn’t been promoting your content 😵💫
Haha admittedly I need to work on my youtube strategy a bit too 😅
