    Russia is only country using, developing and testing weapons in a war, on land, air and sea. As for the Javelin missile, it's has a hit ratio between 40-60% in Ukraine, in temperatures below 30 degrees it's useless. How is this a marvel? HIMARS, about the same, unless it's getting jammed or intercepted. The M777, is probably the best of all these U.S weapons.
