I wonder if they said they overpaid, because I read they were sued for not disclosing that they might do better with a regular realtor, who doesn't do all the work that might need to be done for the home to sell. Saying you overpaid contradicts that you may have underpaid.
There was a man at my husband's church who wanted to live with us until he could find a home for his family, in another state. This was before Open Door.. I think it could really help people like this.
