Better version would be to build a clear acrylic box the size of a casket and have him lay down on a layer of 2 in silicone thats semi cured so as not to sink in to much and then pour half way in as to cover from his ears to his back and let that cure, then spray that anti silicone spray to keep the 2 parts fr sticking and rub face with Vaseline, then pour the 2nd half all the way up and wait for that to cure, viola human size 2 part mold where you can easily separate the 2 pieces and not have to tear the mold.
