What is ASMR?
ASMR stands for Autonomous Sensory Meridian Response. It's a non-scientific word that an everyday person came up with to describe the feeling characterized as a pleasurable tingling sensation felt in the head, scalp, back and other regions of the body in response to visual, auditory, tactile, olfactory, and/or cognitive stimuli, such as crinkling bags, hand movements, whispering, personal attention or watching someone perform a task. It's like goosebumps but much more pleasant and without the uncomfortable chills.
ASMR videos are meant to intentionally induce this sensation in the viewer, often referred to as "tingles", but the videos also serve to provide a relaxing, calming and soothing experience for the viewer. Many people who do not experience ASMR still enjoy the videos for their calming and sleepy effect. - Zábava

I love these late night videos. Very simple and not forced or awkward like a lot of asmr is. Just the sounds and some light, often unrelated, conversation is really quite soothing. Keep it up my good man :)
Hey there, I think it’d be an interesting idea to do some sort of „waking up“ asmr? maybe drinking coffe, reading the newspaper out loud or something like that... you know to get the day going in a relaxed kinda way. I’d love to see something like that from you!

When you released this I had just woken up for the day- only to play this and decide I need to nap the entire rest of the day.

thank you. I have severe depression, insomnia, and anxiety/panic disorders, among a plethora of others. I’m trying to move out of a toxic/abusive home, and I’m only eighteen... so naturally, I’m stressed and afraid beyond belief.
Your videos help me fall asleep at night, even when I’m too overwhelmed to quiet my mind. After a recent fight with my mom, everything feels very uncertain and kind of scary. It’s hard to sleep at night without having nightmares, which makes it even harder to wake up and get out of bed the next day.
These videos really do make a difference. They make me feel so much less alone, like someone out there really does care. Please keep it up. Thank you so much.
My kind of insomnia is one where I can’t stop thinking about stuff so I need talking asmrs to listen to. If you could hook me up with an asmr where it’s mainly talking but something else to go along with it, it would be much appreciated.

I have to hand it to you Uncle E, you’re one of the best ASMR content creators out there. I rarely can find ASMR that suits my taste to a T but you never fail to surprise me with your amazing content. I rarely receive ASMR from anyone else but there’s something about the sensitivity of your videos along with your voice and interesting selection of triggers that really relaxes me and gives me tingles. And not only that, I’ve been following the Rift Universe for quite some time now and it’s a very interesting story, in fact sometimes I find myself watching your more dressed up videos for entertainment.
