    I do the big bowl salad most days of the week- with walnuts and avocado (healthy fats), 1/2 can beans, raw red onion, greens and raw veg.

    I've lost 10 lbs in one week sticking to the 6 week all in diet--- kind of hard to hold back the crvings while watching sports, but no longer feel acid reflux pain and I sleep much better, after only a short time. Can't wait to see what next week brings.

      They didn’t say 10 pounds a week, they said “10 pounds in one week”.
      So it may not have to be consistent

      You may be able to start very slowly (half a teaspoon or less) and work your way up

      Take a mushroom powder supplement. Also yeah work your way up to whole mushrooms. Its worth it.

      I hate mushrooms too, don't like the taste or texture but I do add them to stir fry, I chop them up really small and with all the other vegetables in their I don't even realise there in there.

    I gor a question... If eating this rainbow of fruits and vegetables because of their" phytonutrients and phytochemical" properties what did our ancient ancestors do? A majority of these have only been bred into existence in the last 5000 years. Others like potatoes and corn which come from south America were only introduced to Europe especially Ireland in the last few centuries. Ponder those while you consume your salad.

      @benjaminsmith1145 Pƙed 11 měsĂci

      @naughtyorgneiss I knew that response was coming. Go do research on lifespan vs life expectancy. Obviously you're regurgitating something you've heard.

      @benjaminsmith1145 You walked right into it. Now look up lifespan vs healthspan. You paleos are so easy. Yes, let's ignore 12,000 years of microbiome evolution due to agriculture because you want to adopt the diet of someone who lived for 30 years.

      @josephgonnelli7990 Another canned response I was expecting. Do your homework and look up lifespan vs life expectancy. Also think for yourself as your obviously regurgitating wrong information.
