At 3:50 you have a nut on the spindle. I don't! Should I? Can't get past this point to get to the second bearing.
Thats the problem of that kind of pump always empeler stuck and hard to remove and shafting rsuted very bad

By counting each coils and counting the number of rounds and drawing the map, but I forgot to include the water pump map in the video.😅
That's brilliant. I see where you count them now. And you burned the epoxy off to measure the actual size of the wire with a micrometer.
How many motors have you rebuilt? Did you teach yourself?

your wire connection is a nightmare. Enough space for a terminal block available. Fix the shaft of motor in drilling machine and clean with scotch bright. Why are you using the old rosty screws instead of new ones. For beginner accetable job
