So, here's a considerable difference between each along with some important facts that would help you choose the right board.

Does Cambridge syllabus offer Indian history, social studies subjects and regional and hindi langauge as second and third lanuage?
They do offer Hindi as a second language and as an optional subject to choose if you are living in India and attend and Indian-IGCSE affiliated institute. However, Hindi is not available in institutes outside of India except for some in UK. And, they do not focus on the Indian history rather bring full fledged attention on the world history and important take-aways such as the Renaissance and the Industrial Revolution, World War I/II, Cold War, USSR and so on. There might have been newer additions such as the colonization and the British Colonialism in India and South Asia, but not as in-depth as the Indian Curriculum.
Good analysis
ok . I just have a very big doubt .You said ICSE has 6 sub+MANDATORY ENGLISH.so for so many years I was fool that I studied 12 subjects when I was in grade 6.
Science - includes Physics, Chemistry, Bio
Math
HCG- includes History Civics and Geography.
Hindi .
Additional subject like computer applications, Economics etc.
And English being compulsory
With literature and language
And this all make 5 subjects.
SCIENCE, HCG, MATH, HINDI ENGLISH (COMPULSORY) AND AN ADDITIONAL SUBJECT OF YOUR OWN CHOICE.
ohh I wasn't talking about boards just think of the students of middle school whatever you are telling is for standard 10 but the kids who are in 6-9 there are individual marks and grades so they have to study each subject .WITH GOING LET ME TELL YOU -physics,chemistry,biology,maths,computer,gk,third language,2nd lang 1 and 2nd lang2,english 1, english 2,geography,value education.(moreover there are many more minor subjects) @@TRXUDIT

@@shallusharma8860igcse for indians is it good?
My child is going to shift from CBSE to IGCSE. Should I worry about too much screen time? TABLETS would be introduced in the school.
As an ICSE student I suggest you to shift your child to ICSE not IGCSE.
@@kavitabachani8178thanks, any reason why not IGCSE
@@kavitabachani8178 As an IGCSE student i'd suggest you to shift to IGCSE If you truly want to study to educate yourself
@@kavitabachani8178Hi.. Can you pls more elaborate on that? Because I also want to move my kid from CBSE to ICSE for grade 3.. What I heard is that ICSE focusses concepts in depth and advanced compared to CBSE.. Is it true? Not getting such positive opinions on IGCSE..
@@prakashamsg6505 Mostly depends on school, but ICSE focus more on practical application, assignments, projects etc. compared to rote learning in CBSE. When it comes to IGCSE it completely depends on school, whether to introduce projects, assignments etc, which are not mandated by board. Screentime again depends on school. If you are more concerned, you can find some residential alternate (child centric) schools.
