A first joint effort with the International Alliance of Hair Restoration Surgeons (IAHRS), this gathering was a landmark event that both edified surgeons and facilitated professional networking. FUE is now the predominant hair transplant method and in much demand. Unfortunately, FUE’s demand has led to unscrupulous or inept surgeons offering the technique. The result is an increasing amount of dissatisfied, if not disfigured, patients and this is damaging the industry’s reputation as a whole. FUE Europe and IAHRS fiercely oppose such exploitive practices. Along with education on best practices and training in effective techniques, 2019’s conference focused on how honest surgeons and prospective patients can navigate the murky waters of today’s growing FUE industry.
WORLD RENOWNED SURGEONS AND ADVOCATES
2019’s conference featured a number of leading figures in hair transplant surgery . Over 80 speakers participated, both leading pioneers of the technique and new contributors. Major names included Drs. Cole, Rassman, Shapiro, Epstein, and Speranzinni. Essential for voicing patient interests, leading patient advocates also spoke. As they well know, there is a wide difference between good and bad transplants. Among the speakers was Spencer Kobren, Joe Tillman, and Spencer Stevenson. The Bald Truth also aired live throughout the event. Advocates personally explained how a good transplant can change life for the better while bad ones can be devastating; some bad transplants demand numerous repair procedures before a desirable result.
A COHESIVE FOCUS ON INNOVATIVE TECHNIQUES
Hair transplant are the choice route for hair restoration. Broadly, the conference’s schedule was comprehensive; specific techniques for each scalp area, procedural structure, remedying complications, patient evaluation, transplant longevity, and more. The conference covered exceptional advances, including FUE super giga-sessions beyond 14,000 grafts from the innovative specialist Dr. Zarev from Bulgaria.

John P. Cole, MD is one of the worlds pioneering surgeons that performs hair transplant surgery using a Follicular Unit Extraction technique called CIT® (The Cole Isolation Technique). He was one of the first 30 physicians certified by the American Board of Hair Restoration Surgery (ABHRS). He also served on the board of directors and the examination committee of the ABHRS. He began innovating instruments and methods in FUE in 2002. FUE became 90% of his practice by 2003 primarily out of patient demand.
Dr. Tsvetalin Zarev graduated from Medical University, Sofia in 2010. He works in the field of aesthetic plastic surgery and has been actively involved in the transplantation of hair follicles - hair, eyebrows, eyelashes and beard in the last 9 years. During this period Dr. Zarev has used manual as well as motorized FUE technique. In the last 6 years he actively develops and applies vacuum assisted technique for hair transplantation.

I am looking forward to spending more time with him. He is a truly intelligent man with gifted surgical hands. I know that we can share ideas, and I'm confident I can learn much from him. He is at the top of our field.
I think he is destined to become a hair transplant Dr. God! How do you you feel his artwork on hairlines hold up against the likes of hairline guru's, one example would be Dr. Hasson for example?

Really very good resuolt for all hair transplant operation
I wonder how much of the recovery is thanks to the surgery and how much is due to starting finasteride. It would be far more impressive if patients were off meds or had been on them for at least a year before the baseline pics.

явно не разбирате че това е може би един от топ 5 експертите на световно ниво, това че имате късмет да не пътувате до другия край на света за да получите такова високо качество на услугата не означава че парите платени за нея не си заслужават. аз лично ще си направя трансплантацията на коса точно при този доктор. пожелавам му много здраве и дълга практика.

@@kartofobelachka парите са хартия която някои хора печатат а други дават животът и времето си да събират, изчислено е че човек работи цял живот за хартия която струва на печатарите 20-30 долара в реални пари. Затова се стремете към резултати не към хартията. тогава процедури като тази ще си заслужават всяка стотинка и отгоре. ако сега не изкарвате достатъчно зарежете настоящата си работа и започнете нещо ново с висока добавена стойност, което ще ви даде достъп до това високото качество на работа на топ експерти в тяхната област.

How will you proof if you it was really 14000 grafts

@@LarsRyeJeppesenYes it does matter. That is very large amount of graphs with such a small donor area. There is just so much real estate on the sides and on the back. I do not understand how the donor area can be that full with no scar. With that many graphs the donor area should be extremely thin.

I am not saying that this doctor is a bad doctor. However he should tell those seeking hair transplants that the donor area of these patients is well above average
Not true average density on donor area is 80-120. the doctor is not good, hes the best currenlty.
This man surely looks professional at what he does . BUT . i just got a quotation and he charges 5 euros per graft. Therefore 14,000 grafts will cost you 70.000 euros . Isnt that too much ?
I understand that turkey dont make a good job . And charge around 2000euros for the whole procedure bit there are many other surgeons in europe BETTER than turkey and cost around 5000 euros .
So you should ask yourself , with 70,000 euros , is it better to make one procedure ? , or the option of having 14 procedures for the same price WITH THE SAME GRAFT QUANTITY RESULT.
Maybe its his strategy . Make an amazing professional promotion video and then many cleints eill not afford 70.000 euros so they will opt to do less and this becomes the result of a normal european good surgeon . Think about it .
you are missing the point, and that is you have limited donor area, once it is poorly extraxted - you can't get more of it. if you feel adventureus with your hair and results - go for the cheaper option.

it is not impossible because there is one big difference if i understand his method allows most of the roots to be transpalnted without dying at the fist stages of transplat and later a lot less come off. also i have seen transplant made in turckey of a public person that after the first 6-9 month he regreted that he has done this procedure in Turckey and not paying the ammount which then was around 45000 eur, because most of the transplated haird fell off without restoring@@beslemeto
