I’ve let my depression consume me and I’m stuck but I’ve decided I wanna fight it. Part of what makes someone a warrior is being able to accept things as they are but instead of being stuck deciding to move on and push forward no matter how hard things get. I went through a heavy depression in 2022. People often dont understand, they just think you are sad for the moment and it will pass, I honestly hated all the people telling me its gonna be okay or just dont worry about it, including my dad (I havent seen my mother in 2 years). If you are depressed, here is an advice that helped me. You have to keep going because you know that somewhere in the future, you will feel better. I still dont feel completely fine, but I feel much better now and I know I can keep going. Somewhen in your life, there has to come a time when you will feel happy again. There has to be, if there wasnt, what would be the point of pulling through. Hold yourself together. And also, dont unlive yourself, because that serves only to make others feel as shitty as you do right now. Good luck.

To all the people dealing with depression:
I've been there... In that dark place, I couldn't do anything anymore, life lost all its taste. 6 awful months, I've even found myself thinking about suicide. Then got up, started working, have been really stressed and gained lot of weight but was out of that shit.
I'm here, grinding towards my goals, I've lost fat and continuing, I've built muscles in the gym (7 months right now) and started liking who I am and who I am becoming. Now listening to this song I started crying on my rice and chicken while my loved cat (one of the reasons I'm still here) is sleeping on the chair next to me.
Get up guys, start working, start exercising, do something you love, seek help, take your time and one day the darkness will end, you'll listen to this song and smile and cry seeing who you really are and how much you're worth ❤
