Some of what Aldi sells are special buys. They get a super good price on something, but when it's gone they may not get it again at all or for that price. I've gotten some great buys that way.

I changed my diet back in 1975. Dirk Benedict from the TV show "The A-Team" came down with testicular cancer. He did not want surgery nor chemotherapy. He went to a complete Japanese diet. He cured himself of cancer. I favor the Lebanese/Middle Eastern diet. I am 73 and walk briskly 3 times a week. My doctor at the VA says I have the heart of a 17 year old. I watch your site every day. Keep up the good work, Great Job!

I’m trying to educated my 11 and 14 year old about ingredients, but the battle at the grocery store is real with name brand companies selling awful products as “healthy” to feed our children’s bodies. I know this is about food costs but I have been and I know several middle class families who left Southern California both over money and loss of rights. Not being able to feed your family as you feel best while earning a middle class wage is a huge issue. The people and weather are wonderful but the prices are so unnecessarily inflated there and the government seems to try to be involved in everything to the point of detriment. The state, and the citizens, don't even make enough to cover their debts. How? Where is all that money going? Is it worth it? It seems the California government takes whatever power they want and they micro manage to the point where it doesn't even sound like America. How do people even own houses and businesses in Southern California? Even the businesses there seem to hire remote workers from my state. As for money it's unsustainable for them to be spending so much more money than they make, both the individuals and the government. I get why people are leave jobs making over 100,000 there to make far less in places where their quality of life improves even if their pay goes down. Hopefully things will start to shift a different direction so inflation via odd meddling stops before they become the next Detroit. It doesn't matter that people vote on how much more people MUST receive as the lowest (minimum) amount (wage) they can accept for work done if the amount for food, housing, and taxes keep going up and people and jobs still want to move out because of the inflated costs of things like bread.

Aww, I always buy the vanilla Sky-E yogurt and love it! I look at the protein but didn't notice sugar:( I need protein but I'll look at the organic plain recommended. I'll try adding cherries...

Love all the videos I’m learning soooo much! We are a pretty healthy eating family and it can get so complicated these days with packaging and mystery ingredients!

Question about your next meal cooked in real time, on Saturday, I believe. Do you give the ingredients a few days in advance? I would love to cook along with you. One of the Food Network chefs did this several years ago, and it was great fun.

There are quite a few videos on that subject on CZcams. Fairly simple and you can make it in a crock pot too.

I love frozen cauliflower rice. It can be mashed if you overcook it. My favorite is to saute in butter with garlic, chives or parsley. Not soggy!

Love Aldi and appreciate this video since I'm there weekly! I usually buy that organic vanilla yogurt and my family loves it. What could I easily mix in the plain yogurt so my kiddos will like it?

I'm amazed that they got back to you. I emailed them because their chicken "net wt" is not net weight, but includes the weight of their very heavy packaging. They emailed back that they referred it to someone else, but that's the last I heard about it.
UPDATE: I went to my Aldi yesterday, and they do not have the grass-fed organic milk OR either of the turkey deli meat you showed here.
