Today is Tuesday, I'm making another Peanut Butter Cup Cheesecake Friday and will decrease the vanilla flavoring to just a small "dash". If I had to grade my Cheesecake I would give it an A-minus so that means it wasn't at all bad. I absolutely love the demonstrations you provide. Thank you for sharing this one.

Great videos! Subscribed! For those of us who don't have silicon baking containers, the water doesn't really have to be in contact with the pan. You can just put it in the bottom shelf. The water is just there to provide moisture so that the cheesecake wouldn't crack.

But classic chcolate chip cookies, classic cheesecake and classic rice Krispy treats are my favorite. But I do know for sure my mom would absolutely love this, and even though it isn't a classic cheesecake it looks so delicious I'm sure I'll even enjoy it too!

This pan is 9" in diameter. Yes this could be easily converted to gluten free by changing the brownies.
