GoPro Hero 4 Black charging issue fix with as card

- Brand New out of the box GoPro Hero 4 Black edition charging issue Troubleshoot fix.
1) remove battery and sd card
2) press and hold power button 10-15sec
3) insert battery only
4) connect charging cable
5) allow to charge before inserting sd card
