High-Frequency Portable Handheld Heat Press and Test on Heat Transfer Vinyl and Sublimation Print

We introduce to you AM’s new portable handheld heat press machine.
It is suitable for multi-functional printing, with a wide range of applications. It can be used to print t-shirts, clothing, trousers, metal plates, heat transfer and other types of flat items. This press is easily carried and easy to use. It is especially designed for customization.

Steps of the printing process:
• Set required temperature and time.
• Place heat transfer vinyl on the t-shirt.
• Press vibrating button to apply pressure.
• When the time is up, peel off the film, finish printing.
• Set required temperature and time.
• Place sublimation paper on the T-shirt
• Press vibrating button to apply pressure
• When time is up, the transfer work is finished
Firstly, assemble the Safety Plastic Base
• Join the first set of arms together and then add a screw to hold everything in place.
• Join the second set of arms together and then add a screw to hold everything in place.
• Join both arms and add a screw at each end.
• Place handheld heat press on the base.
• Switch it on.
• Adjust your temperature and timer settings.
• Press the heat button- which activates the press. This button causes the machine to vibrate.
• Countdown until your timer gets to 0 and then you will be ready to press when it reaches zero.
Vinyl Heat Press Application
• Place shirt over the pad, ensure that it is nice and flat.
• Place your vinyl on the shirt in the centre.
• Temperature should be set to 155 degree Celsius.
• Timer should be set to 7 seconds.
• Lower the temperature a bit and then lift up your heat press machine and press.
• Peel off the backing paper.
• Place another vinyl in the centre for the second layer application.
• Make sure to test your vinyl and see how long it will adhere to the shirt.
• When applying heat press put some pressure onto it for effective results.
• Apply press once again for best results.
Sublimation Heat Press Application
• Place shirt over the pad ensure that it is nice and flat.
• Sublimation vinyl always needs to be cut and printed in reverse.
• Adjust temperature and timer settings that will cater for sublimation printing.
• Temperature should be set to 200 degree Celsius.
• Timer should be set to 90 seconds.
• Then press your vinyl and wait for the countdown of the timer to finish.
• The heat press is portable and can be carried almost anywhere.
