- So I finally got around to doing a tour of my two movie rooms. Myself and my fiance Ellen have been working very hard to get these two rooms ready and I have to admit we are very proud of what we have come up with and I really hope you enjoy them.

First off, your collection is incredible, Keith. I'm very impressed with how you've really made the most out of smaller space. High shelves are certainly the way to go. It's one thing I don't have. I just have shorter shelves, which is great for displaying figures on top of and having poster's on the wall, but it's really limiting in terms of housing movies. I love Uncharted and Last of Us. The 5 poster's look fantastic. Very impressive Funko collection and they look great displayed like that. Love the Halloween shelve, very nice looking. Absolutely killer job with the custom shelves and layout of the movie pod, everything looks perfect. Your bust collection is amazing. Favourites are Planets of the Apes, Maniac, I Robot, Texas Chainsaw, Basketcase, Under The Dome, E.T, Short Circuit, Dawn of the Dead, Predator and Alien. I have that E.T set and I love it. Have you done a vid on the Under The Dome set?. I love that show and would love to see the bust.
How did you secure the shelves against the wall, without putting holes into the wall?. Also, not sure if you're to worried, but one little suggestion in regards to the RGB light strips you have on the shelves. I'd recommend getting LED light channels for them, as it would make them look alittle more tidy, esp the ones exposed along your shelves.
Hey Andrew thanks again for checking out my video. Myself and Ellen are very proud of what we came up with but I have to admit I would not like to do it again. It's funny that you were saying about the low shelving that you have in your room with the posters above them because I always wanted a room like that. I think it's just pure class and that's why we put the low shelving in the first room that I showed off. I have not done a video for Under the Dome yet but I will do one in the future. It's a nice little piece. When it came to the shelving we perfectly work out the exact size of the shelves and the wall space and we were able to tightly squeeze them in. We also have shelving above the television that's going across to one shelf to the other and it secures it all in place. To be honest Andrew I think I am going to remove the LED lights. I have LED lights behind the TV and I think that's all the light I will need in that room
@@millerman9991 Yeah, I reckon lights behind the TV is all you'd need and it would look really nice. But what about the shelving around the other walls, how do they stay in place?
Well the shelving where the busts are are bookshelves so I've no fear of anything happening to them. I don't know how to explain it to you through text but everything is just completely compact and tight. You would nearly have to see it for yourself to believe it

Thank you so much Jimmy for checking it out. It really is a dream come true to have a room separate from the house. I think the greatest thing I get from it now is peace of mind. I don't have to worry about upsetting my neighbours anymore or and that alone was worth the price of that pod.
WOW Kieth, have not seen a collection(s) on this size, style and scale. Keep up the good work and I hope your collection just gets better and better! Just make sure you have the right security equipment at the very least. Truly a master collector you are!👍👍 I do have the 3 LOTR "DVD" and 3 Blu ray Hobbit Collector's box sets by the way, and can't bring myself to open them!

The rooms turned out amazing, well done! I sank quite a lot of money in those Star Trek boxsets back in the day! Some full price, some a bit cheaper second hand, but still quite pricey. Still, I'm glad to own them!

The Lucille Walking dead bat is their for good measure in case any unwanted people enter that room ! Ha, ha, do you think you"ll get rid of some of your dvd collection especially the upgraded titles to create space in the future ?

We are so proud of what we came up with for both rooms and I really do think they came out amazing. Believe it or not Carlos but I've already got 3 boxes full of DVDs up in the Attic. I'm hoping someday if myself and Ellen ever moved to a bigger house I will take them all back out and had them displayed the way they should be. So no I will never be getting rid of my DVDs because they're part of my collection and I would never be able to part with them. I know it sounds silly it's just how I feel

Just picked up the Panasonic blu ray player to go along with my new 77 inch C2 and it’s an amazing experience. I highly recommend the Panasonic player. What it can do with the HDR optimizer is truly mind blowing. Excellent room and collection. Thanks for sharing.
Hey Tony great to hear that you managed to pick up a Panasonic Blu-ray player as well. That is my player of choice and I will never go back to any other player. As a matter of fact you're 77" C2 is top of the line TV aswell. Get yourself a top sound system and your set my friend

Well I have two rooms now. So I'm definitely not concerned when it comes to room.
@@millerman9991 I just wondered if you had a plan in your head about moving things about to accomodate more stuff as you've done a good job making an even spread between the rooms and not having empty sections.
Trust me when I say I am not one bit concerned about running out of room now. I have that much to play with now it will last me for years. Don't forget that entire collection fit into that first room.

No unfortunately I didn't pick up the bust edition of strain. I'm well aware of the release and I had numerous times to buy it but unfortunately I never seen the show and I didn't want to take the Gamble.

I am a huge fan of blade 2. That has definitely sold me on it. I won't mind but numerous times I seen that edition going for little or nothing. I'm sure it'll be different now

Yes I have pretty much seen everything in this room. I'm sure there's is one or two movies that I've forgotten about and hopefully I will find them in time. To be honest I don't think 8K is going to happen when it comes to 8K Blu-rays that is. I think 4K is as far as they're going to take it. You can’t beat seperate speakers for proper spatial audio. I’m not into the pseudo sound stuff. And a decent projector is the way to go, beats an oled tv anyday. Some day maybe.
I've never used a projector before so I can't really comment whether or not it's better than OLED. The one thing I know for sure is projectors cannot hit the black levels that OLED can and for me that is a bit of a deal breaker. Having said that my room is set up for a projector so maybe someday I might look into it
You should do a full Halloween collection video of every single Halloween items you have it would be a great video

Hey Victor. Thank you so much for stopping by my channel. I really appreciate it. Everything you see in that room is built from scratch. It's very hard to find bookcases to specifically fit Blu-rays and DVDs. So I decided to build my own
I hope there are no more lockdowns, but if there are, this would be the place to be. I'm working on something similar.
I had covid around 3 weeks ago so I had to isolate for a week. I can't tell you how lucky I am to have this room. You'll never be bored that's for sure. Best of luck with your room and I hope you have a more pleasant time putting it together then I did

Somebody likes John Carpenter music. Assault on Precinct 13 is a great movie that I just watched for the first time on film 4 about 2/years ago.
I always knew I was going to use the Assault on Precinct 13 theme song when I first started my CZcams channel. I probably could have used any of John Carpenter's scores.

Good for you but if u are spending all that cash why not invest in a home theater system. As Lucas alway said picture is only 50% & sound is the other 50% sound bars just ate not the same but enjoy anyway. 👍🏻

Funko pops have nothing to do with me. That's my fiance collection and most of them are movie related and you can definitely see a difference
