nope.... just replace oil seal, replace oil if low level and oxidised

I have activa 2011 model(75k odo reading). My bike is running smooth during cold condition like early morning. But it is not running smooth (if >35kmph) when outside temperature is increased. I changed Air filter, Engine oil, Spark plug, Acc cable and servicing is also done. But it's not going smooth if I cross 35kmph.
What might be the reason. Please help
