Is this product weather resistant and safe for exterior door use? I read somewhere that it cannot get wet, which would be useless as an exterior door....

Has a key under with dimple grooves or you can use a 9 volt battery under too to power it fully so that you may have access and enough time to get in and change the batteries. You thought the engineers at Samsung skimped over an easy problem?

Never got foaming batteries (heated metal/sun) ? Never got a dead cell phone that won't charge anymore ? Of all the things you have in your life, your door locks are probably the only one that shouldn't be battery operated.

So far the picture quality on this one is exceptional. I also bought a solar panel with it so I will see how this all turns out.
