- We’ve just arrived on the island of Fuerteventura in the Canaries, and on our first day we’ve discovered paradise on Playa La Barca, just outside of Costa Calma! Sun, sea, sand and a lagoon to paddle in, what more could we ask for after a 4 hour flight and 1 hour drive!

The scenery from the plane l9oks amazing and nothing beats that feeling after hopping in a hire car and starting the adventure :) the scenery looks so beautiful 😍 lovely apartment with beautiful views. Love the beach ⛱️
Yes, there's always the challenge of collecting the hire car and not being ripped off...we were fine though.

See, you walked up to the highest point. We were going to do that, but i ended up doing jobs for mother in law so ran out of time last year. (She lives on island) wanted those caches up the route and back lol @unowhotravelchannel
