I really enjoy this aircraft. Its easy to fly and reasonably quick with a great view. I hope they continue to render the realistic behavior of the real aircraft.
Yeah, I have it and I like it. Visibility compared to the 62 is night and day. I think it's the first Diamond airplane that you have said you enjoyed.

I just finished my CPL and IR checks on a DA42-VI last week. It’s an aircraft I both love and hate at the same time😅.
But I am definitely excited to jump back into the sim and see how the COWS compares now that I have some experience on the real thing. These updates certainly sound promising!

I do like this Diamond too. As you mentioned I miss a tablet, chocks and covers and the possibility to open luggage doors and such to make the immersion complete. 😊
The sim settings like damage and stuff is now options on the MFD as far as I know. You still can set it up via the switches but you dont have to.

Note that fsrealisticpro is not compatible with this update. Rudder is locked - impossible to taxi.

I’m sure I’d read somewhere that they are intending to release it for Xbox. Not sure when though.
I was told that it would be coming to Xbox eventually as well. I noticed the DA50 is on the market place already. Not the same level of fidelity though plus, twins are just sexier.

All the WT Grmin's now let you display a wind vector which tells you exactly what the wind is doing to you. I don't fly Garmin glass without it.

AvAngel just a quick question -> you seem to have a good understanding of aviation would you consider reviewing some DCS aircraft soon? (i am huge aviation geek but i ditched MSFS after their ridiculous failed updates). uninstalled MSFS, DCS is the only flightsim on my system (it is of course not perfect, but it is very OK) MSFS is like Disney these days
I'm really not a combat simmer and don't play DCS really sorry! MSFS works fine for me and their updates havent been a real problem. The civilian and Bush world is my sphere not modern combat aircraft!

My god the price tag on these mods is insane.
They aren't mods and they are cheaper than they have EVER been for any other Flight sim. This isn't some $1.95 g-string for your Call of Duty character. This is an AIRCRAFT! Do pay attention, Adrian.
AvAngel....did you notice all the livery shots for aircraft suck? Ya, you cant really see it at all! They should have a side view. Seems like an obvious choice to me. Asobo, read this.
