Racionais are a reference to a generation, more especially Mano Brown (the one giving shoutouts to hoods). In Brazil there's a crazy inequality, where there's hundreds of cases of innocent and poor/black people getting killed by the police as a "mistake", even kids with school uniform, and this never happens to the rich, there's videos of them saying a lot of shit to cops and attacking them and not even being handcuffed. The treatment is really different
