    This is life changing , maybe the voice is something related to the bible when they say first there was the "word of god" and we are "made in his image". What if that concept really means we can vibrate/speak/resonate influnce on our reality. And were all little gods of our reality who can speak/vibrate our word or our will into exsistance. Voice and sounds may be the key to advanced ways of living in ballance maybe one day?

  • @1waveOrg
    @1waveOrg Před 6 lety +2

    I wrote this somewhere else but then stupidly deleted it..weird inner struggles >.>
    But someone mentioned how he had trouble transitioning between octaves, and what I essentially said is this;
    I stress diaphragmatic breathing (breating from the deh belly) soo much because it's something that permeates in ALL areas of your life. It's notably visible in voice, especially singing. This person was a singer so that's kinda what I was focusing on.
    But essentially, the gist is to think of it as breathing by using the stomach as a breathing apparatus; when you're having an inbreath/inhaling air, you push your belly out. When you're having an outbreath/pushing dead air out, you suck your belly in.
    A check to know if you're doing this well is; if your shoulders are rising up-and-down, what some of deh guys in green chuckingly, in teasing, refer by "bobbing" up and down, you're doing it wrong. NO OTHER PART OF YOUR BODY BUT your belly should be moving as you breathing. Also, if, upon implementing this at first, you experience this sensation of chocking, or being asphyxiated, you're doing it right! Don't be alarmed, that is simply the feeling/sensation of your ENTIRE BODY BREATHING, most notably your intestines (has its the organs that oft get left behind, and die slowly), both intestines I tell you, working in unison and receiving 100% of the air and oxygen that they have the volume and capacity of taking in.
    In other words, because of a society that no longer focuses on higher living principles and $wagg modes of efficient operation (on all levels), we've forgotten how to do the most basic, YET MOST IMPORTANT, things like breathing, right. Thus, we're, LITERALLY, working at like 1%, of our actual Infinite Potential. Don't want to get into a tangent, but my point, in this case, was that 99% of our body is not receiving air and oxygen, is not breathing/contributing to the "Breathing As One" function that all parts of the body do, and thus, consequently, dying, in one way or the other. LITERALLY, some of the weirddd lung, liver, cancer, or other diseases we are plagued with nowadays are due to oxygen deprivation.
    So, if you feel this sensation of asphyxiation or of choking, you're breathing right, you're successfully implementing diaphragmatic breathing perfectly. And if the sensation is too much to bare, all you need to do is force out a HUGE laugh, and it'll go away in no time. Again, when the intestines are breathing, the game changes for your body completely. Recall Alex's idea of "having the lowest center of gravity possible". But I digress.
    Something else I wanted to mention is how effortless it makes life; public speaking in a way that you're clearly heard, voice-energy modulation through different social situations.
    When you're breathing from the diaphraghm, what you're essentially doing is a creating a scenario where you're able to ride on the momentum and energy created by the first sound, by the first in-breath, by the first "DOooo".
    Think of it like this; in an environment devoid of friction or resistance, a vibration (created from the first Dooo uttered) is free to LITERALLY BOUNCE back-and-forth across the body, permeating through ALL parts of the body. Thus, it's no longer this game of "how hard can I scream" (which is the cause of any "hoarse throat" or other ailments where it feels like you've strained your physical instrument)/"how can I increase the magnitude of my voice's energy".
    Rather, it's more a game of playing with air. Think of air like, the silly putty or clay to an artist. And how much volume (square foot per PHYSICAL area) that creation is going to take will DIRECTLY dictate how much silly putty or clay is needed. And the same with singing.
    The octave and tone you're currently at will DIRECTLY dictate how much air you need to bring into the system to go to a higher tone or octave/vibrate at a higher frequency, or go to a lower tone or octave/vibrate at a lower frequency. And it's LITERALLY all just a game of sucking in or pushing out deh belly/breathing in or pushing out air USING THE ENTIRE BODY AS A VESSEL (because of the use of the diaphragm, because you're BEING, FROM THE CORE ;)) and manipulating how much air is being allowed into the system.
    And the BEST PART, like your 6 steps to Pickup, is it's ALL. MOMENTUM-ORIENTED=0 ENERGY BEING USED....You're LITERALLY RIDING AN ENERGY WAVE, not to sound sooo fucking cheesy lololololol
    The key is to just remember the diaphragm. It'll help you EXACTLY pinpoint what it feels like to "ease" those words, and thus create/output, 100% OF THE TIME, that harmonious property you experience when someone "speaks well", as opposed to FORCING or PUSHING out those words through brute force. And the best part is being close to that being engaged THROUGH THAT diaphragm, will automatically handle figuring out just how much air you need to do anything optimally :)
    What's interesting to note is as you read the words mentioned above, you can actually multidimensionally feel the difference in BEING, when you're easing out air vs when you're pushing out air.
    Hope this makes sense!
    Oh, here's a visual representation if it helps!
