This episode was just *Frenetic*. I got a kick out of all of it. Not to mention the end, with Bob talking about the Tax Guy, Wood apologizing profusely and thinking it was awful when in fact the episode was fun and hilarious... you guys crack me up.

The audio levels in this are insanely out of whack. One moment I can barely hear what Bob is saying and in the next few seconds Scootish is screaming at me. If you're using an interface that can record each mic separately then make sure you have a limiter VST on each person's mic that's set around the same decibel level or if there's one person that's even more quiet (like Bob here) pump that person's limiter up like 2-3 db more (to match the perceived gain due to digital clipping on the other mics) and then run a master compressor on all of it. I'm sure you guys do this all the time so no feelings here like you don't know what you're doing, I just want to help. My favorite free master compressor/limiter VST software is called Loudmax and it works really well. I'm a professional audio engineer and work on both music and podcast/youtube videos. I'm a patreon member and would love to help you guys.

I liked Dillon's Rolling Western on 3DS. Sure it was no Mario or Zelda but as an eShop title, it was a fun little tower defence. Granted, I never played Dead-heat Breakers so maybe that's what caused it just be the weird armidillo thing now.

A fun fact, "karuta" in Nintendo's former name actually refers to a specific game of cards that each have poetry verses on them! Nintendo of course got its start manufacturing playing cards for both hanafuda and karuta. The object of the game involves a reader speaking the first part of the verse aloud, and players compete to find the second part printed on each card in quick fashion. It's a fascinating game, halfway between a sport and an artform, and there's even a professional circuit of tournaments to find the most skilled karuta players! You can even find broadcasted matches right here on CZcams to get a feel for the flow of the game. If this kind of thing interests you, there's an easily digestible narrative in the form of Chihayafuru (an anime/manga series) that you should check out, it's great!

Lol, I loved the Jungle beats part! Made me laugh and shout the name of the game. It was not anticlimactic, it was funny.
You really need to put a compresor to your mics because when you speak the volume is great but JESUS when you laugh or yell my brain is popping out of my eyes. The Shure mics was waaaay better than Lewitt (or whatever mic you are currently have).

Yall are upsetting. The NES retailed for 180$, and the price of every home console is pretty much stayed around that, creeping up to 300 in the late 2010s.
