    Purchase the book: barefoot investor.
It's Australian based and I think the everyday person can learn a little bit from it. It's only around $20 for the book and you will basically make that back once you apply the first couple of chapters
A lot of us are financially illiterate. I am myself. But I'm trying to learn slowly

I never listened, but somebody told me once save your money. Don't ever spend your money. You're better off saving it and letting it grow and using credit cards and spending other people's money. Just make sure you make that payment every month. Ps because it takes money to make money

Might be worth looking into pensions mate. In the UK I read that every £1 invested in a pension in your late teens/early 20's is usually worth about £23 when you retire. Maybe buy gold if you already have other investments and want to diversify our portfolio a bit but I wouldn't bother with it in small amounts. Crypto can work if you know what you're doing but the amount of people that actually do versus the amount of people that think they do, or are having a punt are very different. The best thing you can invest in is property. When they said about spending other peoples money one of the things they mean is get interest-only buy-to-let mortgages, and cream in the cash as a landlord, remortgaging when you can to maximise the amount of properties you're letting out for peak earning potential

I choose to buy bitcoin. It has a limited supply of 21 million, it has no CEO, it runs on thousands computer nodes around the world, its extremely secure, the banks cannot control it, its easy to take with you anywhere without anyone knowing. In 10 years you will be able to buy multiple houses with a single bitcoin.
