Add comfort rinse cycle after completing the wash cycle. U can add directly in washing drum in rinse cycle. Pause the machine before open the door after add comfort close the door and start.

we Don't need to do one more spin after wash. If u once start the machine, it has 3 cycles, 1Wash, 2Rinse, and 3Spin. Here 3rt cycle Spin means drying. cloths dry after wash completed 80 to 90%.

Generally machine take more time than displaying time. Because machine does not calculate the time when machine taking the water. If water presure is Less at water tap machine take some more time.

We can't remove detergent tray in this model. But slightly aply harpic liquid and after 10 min clean it with water.

This machine does not have inbuilt water heater. So If U want wash with hot water u can connect with hot water tap or u can also add hot water manually directly to the machine. U can use hot water 1st and 2nd cycles.

It's fully automatic washing machine. Fully automatic washing need water tap. But semi automatic washing machine do not need water tap. We can add water ourselves in Semi automatic washing machine. If u don't have water tap, buy Semi automatic washing machine.

you can use fuzzy for all type of garments(cloths). if u select fuzzy or any washing option automatically everything set like water level ect. select washing option and after that you can play washing machine. this is fully automatic washing machine. if we play once washing machine, it will do complete wash and dry.

Clothes are washed and rinsed only for one time ,water not changes automatically it should change and wash rinse done at least for 2 times.
it's completely after started the machine. the machine takes water automatically. if u start machine then it will do 3 cycles Wash, Rince, and Spin. if u want again any Cycle machine it has 3 options separately on the machine keypad. if u want more Rince u can choose at the Rince option how many time you u want. And if u want Rince only, press and hold Rince button then it will only indicate Rince and it will do RInce only Rince.
I buy this yesterday and i used this today.. But i have a problem using this because the detergent and softener is still on the dispenser after its done wash,rinse and spin.. Its decrease a little but not good smell after spinning.. Pls response....
there are three cycles wash,rinse and spin. u have to add softener in middle of the 2nd rinse cycle. dont add in 1st cycle. some times detergent cant go completely. better to check it in washing time. machine have to use detergent in 1st wash cycle. if detergent still on there, we can add some water on dispenser.

you have to tarts ur machine and after 2 minutes or 3 minutes open the dispenser observe in it when water come in to the drum. if detergent cant go to drum, u can use ur hand or add water with cup or mug in dispenser.

Yes it stop after reached th level. Don't need stop the water tap when machine wash clothes or after wash compleated also. Only it takes water automatically when it need.

I think it's technical problem. If u start machine, Is there indicate wash rince and spin options when machine starts time. It should do automatically one by one. Other wise we can choose manually. It will not do itself. Try to change other washing options like if you used fuzzy try to another option. Other wise call to serviceng centre.
