It is hard to serve a country that does not protect, nor care for its own citizens. Also, people who serve and protect our country want to have assurance that what they fight for and protect is not being destroyed at the same time.

It’s in every industry same as the DEI stuff. I’m all for inclusivity but when your employer keeps employing people based on the fact they have mental health issues that are given special allowances ie not having to answer the phone/can leave early and can have breaks whenever they want when they if they get triggered makes it unfair on everyone else and increases their workload. The unfairness gets to people and many staff leave just in my experience and imo.

This nation of supposedly equal citizens now judges everybody by the color of their skin regarding everything. I am looking forward to the day when the USA collapses to vanish into the history books to join the USSR. And, yes, it will collapse soon because of the vulgar and unsustainable amount of debt this nation bears. Add up our national debt, unfunded liabilities, state debt, local debt, corporate debt, and personal debt, and it would take a block of gold about a mile square to pay it all.

Woke = Critical Consciousness. Critical consciousness is the core of Social Justice teaching as it is understood within the Critical Theories. It is a heightened awareness of the world and the power structures that shape it. Being Woke means viewing society exclusively through the critical lenses which sees the world only in terms of unjust power dynamics (oppressed/oppressor) and the need to dismantle problematic systems as an activist. That is, it means having adopted Theory and the worldview it conceptualizes. Under “wokeness,” this awakened consciousness is set particularly with regard to issues of identity, like race, sex, gender, sexuality, and others.
The term originated in Portuguese as conscientização (look it up) from the popular post-Marxist Brazilian activist and educator Paulo Freire, usually deemed the father of critical pedagogy (that is, the application of critical theories to the theory of education). It is an evolved Hegelian/Marxian religious cult that hides as human rights, politics, science, art and culture. Listen to James Lindsay's talk at the European Parliament for a perfect summation of Wokeism.

booting a bunch of vets for refusing an experimental vaccine might be part of the issue. on top of that retreating from afghanistan in the manner we did was also a slap in the face.

Using tik tok psycho cross dress for recruitment may have something to do with it also ! My son is a Marine Vet and if the military was doing that when he enlisted I would have had to recommend against it!! And I am one of those families that comes from a long history of Veterans dating back to WW1 ♥️🇺🇸🦅♥️🇺🇸🦅

There hearings accomplish nothing. These witnesses come to appease the members, and lie to the public. As a Vietnam veteran, also have served in two branches of the military, Marines and Army.
I would never join today’s woke military, it is way too political. I never saw racial problems, we were brothers in arms, all colors and races. As a white man, from Alabama at the time, my best friend in Vietnam, was a black Marine from Cambridge, Massachusetts. After coming to the states we talked on the phone, as much as an hour. After coming stateside, Camp Lejeune, my best friend was an Hispanic Marine. We had no problem with LBGT+, that stuff never entered our conversations, and has no place in our military. The government has turned our military into a social, cultural experiment. Our military is not the military I was a part of, that I was proud to join, I was not drafted. I discourage my grandsons from joining today’s military, it has become an embarrassment.

Out of marines in 08, I wanted to reenlist several times. I went about doing so 3 times, since 2013 and the last time a couple months ago. Keep in mind, honorably discharged, speak 4 languages 2 fluently “English & Russian” mandarin & German, never used drugs, No debt etc.
My high school had an aviation program where you could graduate with your private pilots license, however, I ended up graduating early and left for Boot Camp after passing the written I just need it to obtain the rest of my hours. But after I Boot Camp the MCT & my MOS school, All the way up until I got out, then adjusted to civilian life “ somewhat” I wanted to fly Blackhawks, fixed multi engine fixed wing. There’s no problem I figured I would relist in the army “ it would be a cakewalk because it’s the army, no offense” I had no problem going through army, Boot Camp, and retaking that ASVAP “94 the 1st time”. The first time I attempted this was in 2013 essentially I got a runaround after eight months I stopped running around. The second time was before the pandemic months before. The last time was that the beginning of the summer, Speaking with the recruiter, getting records eventually I went in immediately I noticed everyone staring at me which I get quite a lot since I let my hair grow out a couple years after getting out of the Marines. After about an hour and 45 minutes I was essentially told that we’re not moving forward. Looking at everyone that was in that office, which was about six people I guarantee you I could have done them in any realm of physical fitness. I’m quite sure just about anything else. At the time, I honestly was confused to the point I actually considered reaching out or writing letters to officials above them, stating that I wanted it to reenlist, but feel like I’m being blocked for some reason. I feel comfortable doing that, because the first time I was going to relist I was told my code had me in eligible so I had to reach out to A lot of official offices like the commandant of the Marine Corps etc. only to find out, it was a typo.
My point with all that is the people that signed up in the early 2000s pretty much knew they were going to deploy and most likely have a chance of being in a combat zone or in combat. Yet they had no problem doing it. Today we have TikTok, amplifying those discouraged members of our military Encouraging others, not to enlist! I’ve even seen videos of soldiers having the army “ taxpayers “ pay for their transition surgery.. like WTF & I couldn’t believe that actually a thing!
Then you hear stuff Like the army, no longer yell at recruits & has stress cards “ if the drill, sergeant or NCO is too tough on that recruit, they hold up their card and they ease off of them allegedly.
I don’t know if it’s because I’m older , aware of a lot more than I was when I enlisted. But it truly seems like America’s military doesn’t really have the same effect it used to. Combine that with the entire world watching our president mumble & stumble, university students stumble, to answer questions that the average five-year-old knows or screaming and getting upset when they encounter someone that doesn’t agree with them. Then you see all these videos of young men “ men of all ages” have the physique of a young woman, acting feminine, essentially non-threatening especially when they’re pushing pronouns and identifying as a woman. Not to mention adult man, especially those with beards that look like a truck driver but they’re wearing a dress and make up….
America is focused on gender ideology and transition children , China has their children wearing military uniforms and playing with weapons as young as five years old.
Anyone can see America is more than than technologically capable in a conflict, but when it comes to bodies on the ground, the world looks at us, as if were a nation that put on a constant show on the scale of Saturday Night Live !
