I read not to use protein before heat styling Bc it could make the hair resistant to the heat! Instead to do it after to help curls bounce back

I gotta get my hair back use to moisturize so it will stop drying out after my hair dry it lose mositurize yall so maybe i need a better mositurize condition yes gotta be a leave in only. Any good suggestions people
Maybe work on your deep conditioning routine. Use heat like a heated cap or hooded blow dryer 😊
The briogo styling cream is really good , my hair was moisturized for 2 weeks and a littler goes a long way

Oh same lol! I use luke warm water to film which helps a little! Hot steam AND shampoo in the eye = tears 😂
