for those that might be confused as to why akshan is oneshotting shadow isles units
before patch 13.14 (our patch right now), the shadow isles shield does NOT PROC ON ABILITIES/SPELLS
they only calculate instances of attacks (either the unit attacking or being attacked)
that way, akshan's ultimate that is 80% of his damage can "ignore" the shield proccing and oneshot units
luckily riot changed it to include spells and abilities, so good on them

they're withholding the data of augment winrates in 13.14 aka this patch
reason being that tft is a highly complex and situational game with each game being different
winrates on certain augments (i.e. general augments vs. specific augments) will be and always be skewed
