Not really. There is a reason all 8 of them played draven, and the other guy also hit 3 diffrent 4 cost 3 stars.
Draven was omega broken for a few hours until hotfixed.
This video is the perfect showcase why he was nerfed in a hotfix :D

Kind of interesting thing: The augment chart for The University doesn't work how you expect. I had a game where it was Prismatic Prismatic Silver (supposedly an impossible combo) on The University. I think it works like this: It chooses the rarity of the first augment, in this case, it chose gold. Then, since it's Jayce's workshop, it overrides it with Prismatic to show to the player. However, for future augment rarity, I think it uses the initial augment choice (ie. Gold). So, in the game I played, it was really Gold/Prismatic/Silver under the hood, which allowed it to be Prismatic/Prismatic/Silver

just play the unit that have the trait you want along with unit that have trait that don't have emblem, in this set yordle and multicaster emblem don't exist so just play teemo taliya 1 round before you pop it, also don't play 3 trait unit that all have emblem you don't want

It was 13.13A. Draven auguments were very strong after a small buff, just like TF in 13.12. Allowed you to get a lot of gold and rolls for free. He is weaker now, 13.13B nerfed most if not all Draven auguments. Still playable, but not that good.
TF is still good because Pandoras allows you to hit BIS, and higher ranks don't play Tahm a lot because it's good for econ but not that good for tempo.
