400 meters...not too bad, right? We'll when you're running up a agonizing vertical ski slope, it's not bad...it's grueling. Really grueling. And the famous Planicaski jump in Slovenia is far from forgiving with it's insanely steep grade. Take a look at what just might be one of the toughest 400m race ever run.

How do they mow the grass on that hill

+TehMinked they use a very powerful lazer beam which will cut all of the grass at a same height all at once.
+TehMinked They attach a huge razor blade to the top of a plane and then they fly that plane upside down along the hill

Now this is a race I'd try to win.
I'm looking at the hill and thinking "I live on a steeper hill." But props to them for running up that.
The winner said he uses his “All Power” to win. Need to get me some of that All Power! Slovenia here I come!

stocky build is the way to go in these kind of short and intense races
In this summer I climbed already this hill with out help of the woodplanks! So it was hard but possible :D
Lol at drinking a Red Bull at the top. Literally the worst thing to consume after that effort.
Why is it the worst thing? It's hydrating the body and restoring electrolytes, right?
TheIrishrogue68 it’s an accelerant and not primarily meant to be a source for electrolytes. It’s like driving a car full speed to your destination then when you get there you put it in park and rev the heck out of the engine.
It certainly wouldn't be my drink of choice, but I can think of many things that are worse to consume than Red Bull after a tough effort.
I have listed a few below as good examples.
Sambuca
Lighter fluid
Whiskey
Battery acid
Vodka
Petrol
Done that, it was awesome

I've never seen a camera lens that accurately captures the angle of the slope. This looks like 45 degrees but it must be much steeper, 60 degrees or so. RED BULL:: What Is the Slope of The Angle?

This is just a precurser to part 2 where all the contestants who make it to the top then have to chase a wheel of cheese back to the bottom.
I don't know why they never tell you the angle of the slope
It would be cool to an elite sprinter on something like this. Someone like Usain Bolt. Just as an experiment to see if the skills carry over.
