St Thomas coastline is beautiful! We should preserve it. Keep it cleab and organised, even as we build. Do 10 to 10 years construction plans and not haphazard builts. And also, make space for parks, walk trails, bicycle paths, walk paths, recreational areas in the Parish. Adults, please start thinking big about our parishes and keep them clean and organised

The issue i have with these is St Thomas is underdeveloped and yet it's priced in as if the place is already developed, how is this a good investment? Is this going to somehow be worth $500k+ in 5 years or something?
