This is my first upload to CZcams.
The video and sound quality isn't the best, but that's all I could get with my mobil phone.
The concert was great, as always with TD, thanks to Thorsten, Hoshiko and Paul and everyone who worked hard backstage :-)
There is also a pure audio recording of the full concert to be exist, recorded with another recording device.

Danke für diesen tollen Mitschnitt - habe leider nicht mitbekommen, dass TD ein tour gemacht hat. Wäre sonst in Berlin dabei gewesen. Mein 1. TD-Konzert war 1973, als sie noch ganz unbekannt waren.
Great video......i had a chance to see TD perform live back in the 90's and also recently but work commitments got in the way sadly so this is great to watch...!!!!!!

Thorsten has said in an interview that it's a conscious decision to skip the 1990s material in this selection of music across the decades. But part of me would really like to know how this current band would interpret some of the compositions on Goblin's Club, for example. They create a nice organic sound, classic Berlin school but modern at the same time.

I think this is the same concert I saw in DC about a month ago. If there's a quality recorded audio for purchase, I'd love to get my hands on it. Finally getting to see TD live was something that I had been dreaming (ha, see what I did there) of since my college days.
They only release the live improvisations from the concert finale as the Sessions series of albums.

Yesterday again...
Saw them in Manchester last night. Last time I saw The Tangs was in 1978. I told the sound engineer nothing much had changed (he took it as a compliment). During the gig the thought occurred to me that the members of this band are literally one step away from being made redundant by AI. I think Edgar Froese would approve. Sound quality was exceptional.

Portsmouth guildhall, 6th November was mostly the same set. The newer material integrates some elements of dance music to their traditional sound. The jury is still out whether these 3 people (not original members obviously) or some of the cover artists (notably State Azure) capture and update the original work.

I've been going to TD concerts since 1986 and went to see them last month I didn't care for the show without Edgar it's just not TD
the tempo was too fast and lot of the classics were changed too much I'm sad to say I wouldn't go to their concert again
