TIMELESS Dragonite Double Steel SHADOW EDITION No Legendary Master League FT Metagross & Excadrill

- Welcome back to the home of shadow Pokemon. Master league has always been the least accessible league of them all, as all the top threats are legendarys that are pay to win.
However, since the start of GBL, there has been ine non legendary team that has had play. The classic Dragonite with 2 steel types in the back. Usually, it is Metagross and Excadrill in the back.
A few months ago, we finally got access to Shadow Excadrill, and today Gilbot is running this classic team with all 3 mon in their shadowfl forms.
This is a standard Abb team with Dragonite used in the lead to beat any fire or water types ( Kyogre and Ho-oh) with 2 steel types to cover Dragonties' weakness to common fairy's.
This team has always been a staple for free to play player, but how will it function in it shadow form .... Well, you're going to have to watch the video to find out !

What are your thoughts on dnite double steel now that landorus has sandsear storm, zygarde complete can hit everything for super effective, and ho-oh is more common with the incinerate buff?

Whenever I see metagross It just makes me think of Mash Potato 😂😂😂
Fast move timing is probably most important vs 5 turn moves given how much energy you could let through. Id also argue its one of the easiest to optimize. Such a shame thats what most likley cost the game vs the 2 shield Ho-oh
Awesome to see, but I do feel this team comp suffers from the ho ohs and landoruses (landori?) in the meta
That shadow excadrill has me jealous. Took me months to get all the xls for my non shadow.
I really want a good one for ML I have the candy just not the iv spread needed

These three Shadows are amongst the most powerful raid attackers in their respective categories. Worthy investment nevertheless
I thought Landorus was the top ground type raid attacker.

I always appreciate your comments about leveling up your game, but I don't know what to do. I optimize every fast move, make sac swaps, get baits, everything I need to, but I just can't build a team for shit. Every team I put together performs terribly, and I hate boring meta teams.
I just wanna run crazy shit like, day S. Bellossom Octillery Musharna, but I just get fucking destroyed by the meta. How can I build spicy, crazy teams while still winning? Do I really need to throw a Skarmory or Azumarill in there just to win?
It's very difficult at this point.
Season 8-14 I was able to run more or less whatever I wanted to climb and hit legend.
However, as time has gone on, players throw at better timing, which they are better with energy management, etc.
So running constant spice has became very challenging
They really need to introduce an unranked battle system.The problem is, how are they gonna make money off of it and bleed us dry???

A non shadow team version looks viable to me in the near future. Of these three mons which are more desirable as normal and which as shadow in ml? I'm guessing the excadrill as shadow is vastly superior due to it's spammy charge move damage?
Depends on your play style, excadrill offers more charge move pressure as a shadow. whislt metagross and Dragonite are more reliant and their extra fast move pressure
@@Jamiefin1415 I'll have to check over what I have! I know I don't have a decent shadow of beldum or Dratini but I possibly have the drillbur! The others I could do non shadow I guess. Just being able to play in master league at all would be a first for me since XL ml!
