Could you maybe do a part 2 explaining your setup? I get the benefits for posing myself but I don't have anyone to take pictures for me and it was cool that you could see yourself, but I've no idea how you acheived that.
Shout out to my drawing professor at uni that told me that I couldn't draw without using references and that I should stick with them in the future... like it was a bad thing to use references, wtf? A couple of months later I went to an art exhibition and guess who participated in it with a portrait? Turned out the one who couldn't draw to save her life was her 💁🏻♀
This is brilliant! I can’t believe I didn’t think of doing this myself. lol. I’m so excited to explore more options when it comes to poses and such! Thanks!
Awesome vid, your drawings are cute. put my tripod on my standing desk, pointing straight down to the floor so I could get a Birds Eye view for a particular pose.
I'm not a woman, but I mostly draw and paint either women or feminine people... and while my BMI is significantly bigger than most people on my pieces, I'm really glad that I have more feminine hands with slimmer fingers and a small wrist for hand references.
I also like that it gives better connection and understanding with myself.
Some personal healing.
I always use myself as a reference, sometimes it’s the only way to get an awkward pose 😂
Same

Such a great video to watch even if it's something I already do. You are so talented and cheerful ❤
